Returns

All return requests are reviewed by Cubberd before approval. Each return is handled individually. Customers must contact us before sending any items back. To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Only purchases made directly through the Cubberd website are eligible for return. Products purchased from a retailer must be returned through that retailer.

Resolution

Approved returns may result in a refund, exchange, or store credit, determined by Cubberd on a case-by-case basis.
